At USA Passport Online, we believe you should own your digital footprint. If you’re ready to clear your history with us, we’ve made the process simple and transparent.

What’s included in a "Clean Slate"?

When you request a deletion, we look for every piece of sensitive info you’ve shared, including:

  • Your Profile: Names, emails, and contact logs.
  • Your Progress: Any draft applications or saved forms.

How it works

  • Step 1: Complete the short form below.
  • Step 2: Click the link in the verification email we send you (to make sure it’s really you!).
  • Step 3: Our system begins the "Hard Delete" process.

This is permanent. We cannot recover photos or documents once they are purged. It takes our servers up to 15 days to fully cycle through and remove all cached data. If you have an active legal matter or a pending transaction, we may be legally required to hold onto specific records until those are resolved.
